Service Times & What to Expect
3:00 & 5:00 pm
Joyful carols and songs to celebrate Jesus’ birth, a message about the Light of the World, a special offering to benefit a local nonprofit, and candle lighting… the perfect way to celebrate Christmas with your household. Come early to enjoy the music of harpist Heidi Beran.
*Services will also be available to view later in the day.
8:00 pm
Our late service will be smaller and more intimate. Enjoy most everything from our earlier services, but carols and songs accompanied by just acoustic instruments, located in the North Auditorium (Flipside).
When You Arrive
Feel free to come early, as these services do fill up quickly. Harpist Heidi Beran will be playing 15 minutes before the beginning of the first two services.
As you enter the main entrance, please grab a candle (LED will be provided as an option as well), that will be used later in the service.
Christmas Eve Special Offering
A Special Offering for our Community
Each year, we give a special offering on Christmas Eve that benefits our local community. Past offerings have supported refugee resettlement in cooperation with Lutheran Family Services, the Friendship Home, and more. This year's offerings will support the work of Juniper Refuge, a refugee resettlement ministry here in Lincoln.
