Service Times & What to Expect

3 & 5pm

Joyful carols and songs to celebrate Jesus’ birth, a message about the Songs and Story of Christmas, a special offering to Refugee Resettlement in Lincoln, and candle lighting… the perfect way to celebrate Christmas with your household. Come early to enjoy the music of harpist Heidi Beran.

*Services will also be available to view later in the day.

8pm

Our late service will be smaller and more intimate. Enjoy most everything from our earlier services, but carols and songs accompanied by just acoustic instruments, located in the Flipside.

When You Arrive

Feel free to come early, as these services do fill up quickly. Harpist Heidi Beran will be playing 20 minutes before the beginning of the first two services.

As you enter the main entrance, please grab a candle (LED will be provided as an option as well), that will be used later in the service.

Coming up at New Cov:

Christmas Eve Special Offering

Each year, we take a special offering on Christmas Eve that benefits our community. This year, in partnership with Lutheran Family Services, New Cov will be helping a refugee family resettle here in Lincoln. Any donations designated to this project will go directly towards helping the refugee family get established in our community.

How To Give

During the service, there will be an opportunity to make cash and check donations.
