COVID UPDATE
COVID UPDATE
Updated August 26, 2021 in light of the most recent LLCHD DHM
Worship Guidelines
Our on-site services are designed to be a "touch-less" experience. You can find the guidlines for our New Cov Kids program here. Out of love and concern for others services will include:
Face Masks
- Face masks are required while in the building at this time. Cloth masks will be available if you don't have one. Children 2 years old and up are required to wear a mask.
Self-Screening
- As of August 29th, we are asking everyone to self-screen at home before they come to church.
- If you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19:
temperature above 100.4˚, dry cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell
- Or have experience any of the following for more than 24 hours:
chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, diarrhea
- Or if you have been in close contact with a person who has had a lab confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14-days
We ask that you stay home and continue to join us online.
Perspective
As we navigate the resurgance of COVID infections locally, please know:
We are doing our best.
We are monitoring the latest recommendations from state and local directed health measures as well as recommendations from the CDC. The guidelines we have set up reflect what we think is the best and safest option for our volunteers and staff as well as those who visit our campus.
It won't always be this way.
The current DHM is scheduled to expire on September 30th pending any extensions. As soon as it is deemed safe to lift these restrictions, we will happily lift them.
We will operate out of love for others.
We know that the wearing of masks is something that not everyone agrees on. In light of passages like 1Corinthians 8; Romans 14:1-15:5; and Philippians 2:1-11, we are choosing to put our personal preferences aside for the sake of others during this time.
